An all-day dining restaurant, offering flavours of Mediterranean and International cuisine. All meals are served in buffet style with extended show cooking for custom food preparation. At Rodos Maris, a full breakfast includes a wide selection of entrees including omelets, eggs any style, hot and cold cereals, pancakes and French toast, hot oatmeal, breakfast meats, fresh breads and pastries, fresh juice, fruit, Greek traditional corner and more. The lunch buffet is a unique experience. It features garden-fresh salads, savoury cheeses, grill and roasted meats, multiple show cooking shows, seafood and a wide selection of fruits and freshly baked desserts made daily by our pastry chef.

The Main Dining Room’s dinner menu is renowned for its range and excellence, including every day a different theme night such us Greek, Aegean, Gala, Italian, Pan Asian, Moroccan, Mexican evening and traditional corner. Our late buffet offers garden-fresh salads, pasta, savoury cheeses, soup, grill and roasted meats, traditional plates, freshly baked desserts and selection of fruits.
